Recently, we completed the container loading process for 49 sets of Cone Fender front panels, prepfaring them for shipment to our customer. Behind every container is a detailed operation involving teamwork, professional equipment, and strict safety procedures.

📦 Step 1 | Lifting & Loading into Container
The carefully packaged Cone Fender front panels were lifted by professional lifting equipment and smoothly loaded into the container. Our team monitored every movement to ensure safe handling and protect the products during transportation.

🛠️ Step 2 | Precision Positioning Inside Container
After being lifted into the container, the packaged Cone Fender front panels were carefully positioned using hydraulic moving skates, allowing safe and precise adjustment within the limited container space.

🔗 Step 3 | Cargo Securing with Steel Wire Ropes 
To ensure safe transportation over long distances, the loaded cargo was firmly reinforced inside the container using steel wire ropes. This additional securing measure helps prevent shifting and movement during sea transportation.

🔒 Step 4 | Final Inspection & Container Sealing
Before departure, our logistics team completed a final inspection of the cargo arrangement and securing conditions. The container was then professionally sealed, marking the completion of the loading process.
