GLEN Engineering Quality Framework
At GLEN Engineering, quality is integrated throughout the entire project lifecycle — from engineering review to final site support. The objective of this framework is to ensure operational reliability, regulatory compliance, safety performance, and long-term lifecycle value for every mooring and berthing system delivered.
1. Engineering Review
Objective: 
Ensure all project requirements, specifications, interfaces, and operational conditions are technically validated before production begins.

2. Project Quality Plan (PQP)
