2. Quality Management & Governance
GLEN operates a structured Quality Management System aligned with international best practices (e.g., ISO 9001 principles) and integrates class / third-party verification when required by the project.
Project Quality Plan (PQP) - PLAN: Requirement-to-Evidence Map
For each contract, GLEN issues a Project Quality Plan (PQP) as the project’s control blueprint. It translates the specification into a clear map of responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and deliverables so Engineering, Procurement, Production and Inspection stay aligned from day one.
